Kirsty
Head Pastry Chef
Kirsty has always been passionate about baking. Started from the age of 5, where she used to spend time with her mom in the kitchen learning all her Mom's home baked recipes. She continued her passion for Baking & Cooking when she studied Catering Management, and became a Qualified Chef in South Africa.
She worked in a few well know Establishments in South Africa, and even travelled to the United Kingdom in 2001 to Work at "The Royal Marriott Hotel" in Bristol for 2 years before returning back to South Africa.
